A 50% deposit is required to secure your time slot. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves the agreed service time for you.

If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be treated as a non-refundable booking fee.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be reviewed fairly and may be rescheduled or refunded depending on the booking type and circumstances.
